The Musicians Foundation and Musicians Institute College of Contemporary Music are proud to announce the first-ever Dr. E.P. Scarlett Keyboard Scholarship at MI.
The $1,000 scholarship (tuition credit) will be awarded in Fall 2013 to a newly enrolling student (US or non-US citizens) in the Associate of Arts in Performance (Keyboard) Program at MI who demonstrates outstanding musicianship on the instrument in any style or genre.
The scholarship is named in honor of the late Dr. Earle Parkhill Scarlett, a Canadian physician, educator, scholar, musicologist, prolific writer and former Chancellor of the University of Alberta.
The deadline to apply for the scholarship is August 30, 2013.
