MI 35th Anniversary Independent Artist Program Scholarship Winner: Zachariah Foster

Zachariah Foster has been named as winner of the Musicians Institute 35th Anniversary Independent Artist Program Scholarship.

The Southern California native describes himself as a lover of all styles and genres of music ranging from Indian Music, Opera, Hip-Hop, R&B, Jazz, Alternative, Country and beyond.

While at studying in the Independent Artist Program (IAP) at MI, Zachariah will focus on “writing, and what it takes to make it to the top.” He also states, “MI has always been my school of choice since I was in elementary school, it’s been a dream of mine. With the right training and guidance all things are possible.”

Everyone at MI welcomes Zachariah to IAP, and congratulates him on winning this very prestigious award!

Special thanks to MI’s family of Alumni, whose generous donations fund this scholarship, which helps to provide talented students like Zachariah with the support, tools and recognition they need to launch successful and creative careers in the music industry.
