The MI 35th Anniversary Scholarships Announced!

Musicians Institute is pleased to announce the creation of a series of ten special student scholarships in honor of the school’s 35th Anniversary.

The MI 35th Anniversary Scholarships are funded by proceeds of the 1977-1994 MI Alumni/Staff Reunion event held this spring.

Each of MI’s ten programs will offer its own unique MI 35th Anniversary Scholarship during the 2012-2013 school year.  The first round of scholarships will be available in fall 2012 for newly enrolling students in the Keyboard Technology, Audio Engineering, Film and Independent Artist Programs. The application deadline is August 24th.

MI 35th Anniversary Scholarship applications and information for Spring 2013 (for Guitar, Bass, Drum, Vocal, Keyboard and Guitar Craft Programs) are now posted on our website. The Spring quarter scholarship application deadline is March 1, 2013.

The scholarships are a fitting way to celebrate the 35 years that we’ve been teaching the world to make great music.

We want to thank our alumni for helping to make these scholarships possible, and by directly investing in the future of music!
