James LoMenzo (former Megadeth/ Black Label Society bassist) will take the slot of Billy Sheehan. Sheehan regrets that he must pull out due to unforeseen commitments in Europe and sends his apologies to all. ADDED: Todd Morse guitarist (The Offspring), and Billy Close is punk-bass extraordinaire and is a founding member of The Freeze, and Klover (Mercury Records).
